JOB OBJECTIVES

Management of the daily bill back / charge back processes with ownership of the database management solutions.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS

  • Operate database management systems (SAP / Vistex) to analyze data and perform data mining analysis

  • Lead, coordinate or supervise other workers in this group.

  • Develop and implement data administration and reporting tools

  • Research and document data requirements, data access and data collection.

  • Support financial analyst positions with database, functions, process, and system knowledge

  • Support marketing and sales departments by analyzing promotional spending and revenue

  • Developing and managing exception reports and dashboards

ACADEMIC TRAINING

A bachelor's degree or college program, usually in computer science or in accounting

EXPERIENCE, COMPETENCIES AND APTITUDES

  • Proficiency in Excel, BI, data extraction and manipulation
  • SAP and Vistex knowledge are an asset
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and organization
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Presentation skill
  • Self-confident and practical
  • Fluently bilingual (French and English)
